Manage Your Shop with AI (MCP)

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to your Orderain shop with the MCP server, so you can manage products, orders, and design in plain language.

Beyond the built-in Buddy, Orderain has an MCP server that lets you connect outside AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor directly to your shop. Once connected, you manage your store from your AI assistant using plain language — no code required.

What you can do

With an AI assistant connected through MCP, you can ask it to:

View your data. For example "list my shop products" or "show my recent orders".
Manage your store. Update products, orders, inventory, and more from a chat.
Change your design. For example "redesign my homepage hero section" or "update the footer links".

How it works

You set MCP up from Dashboard → Settings → Headless. In short:

Create an API token

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Headless and click + Create New Token. Give it a name, add an allowed origin, and choose its permissions.

Copy the connection URL

The Token Created Successfully dialog gives you a ready-made MCP connection URL (with your token in it). Copy it — you'll only see it once.

Connect your AI assistant

In Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, add a custom connector and paste the MCP URL. Then ask it to do things like "list my shop products".

An MCP token grants full access to your shop within its permissions. Only share the connection with tools and people you trust, and revoke the token if it's exposed.
